Comprehensive Testing Capabilities The Baker WinTATS performs four critical test types to ensure complete armature validation: AC Hipot Testing Measures AC leakage current with precision, detecting arcs and breakdowns that may escape detection during DC hipot testing alone. This test simulates real-world operational stresses on insulation systems. DC Hipot Testing Verifies insulation integrity by measuring leakage current between windings and ground, providing quantitative assessment of bulk resistivity and contamination levels in insulation systems.
